Sorry, Supersaver Tickets are not refundable and not exchangeable.
Exceptions are:
— If you can prove with a medical certificate that you cannot travel (due to an illness or an accident)
— If the planned train Is cancelled or delayed, and your travel becomes useless (for example if you would miss the beginning of a concert due to the delay).
