I bought a Nightjet ticket but chose the wrong date. How can I change it? I can’t find the email contact form.

There is no e-mail support.

Changing the departure date of a ticket is not possible; it needs a cancellation and repurchase.

The cancellation of an international ticket is only possible by phone (+41 51 225 78 56, 24/7, waitimg times may occur), or in person at one of the railway travel centers in Switzerland.
