Online identification doesn't work with Dutch phone number

Hello,

I am currently trying to order a GA-Monatskarte online, but I need a Kundennummer to do this. In order to get a Kundennummer, I would like to order the SwissPass online and tried to go through the online identification. However, when I enter my Dutch phone number to receive the security code I do not receive a text message with the code. Why doesn’t this work? Is this a common occurrence? I would prefer to get a SwissPass without going to a counter at a Swiss train station. I saw that there is also an option to fill out a form in order to get a SwissPass (neuen SwissPass per Formular beantragen), but this link just leads to the general Abo-website.

Let’s start from scratch. Do you already have created a SwissPass account?

You cannot order the SwissPass card from a Ductch home address. The SwissPass card is only sent to a Swiss address. Do you have such?

There is really no issue with purchasing the GA Travel Card at the counter once you are here. The card is dispatched to your Swiss address within 10 days; meanwhile, you will get a paper ticket which acts as a temporary SwissPass card, together with your identity card.

Sorry RolandP I didn’t see the rest of your message. I do not have an address in Switzerland, because I would be living right at the border in Germany and then take the train to my internship in Switzerland. For this I would need the GA Monatsabo. Perhaps they could then send it to my workplace?
