Choose any (dummy) connection and proceed to the ticket purchase. Now on top of the following screen you have to specify your passenger details with that pen symbol (“Who ist travelling?”), either as guest or with a login. And that’s where you’ll also select the correct reduction option (No travelcard) for that person. From now on, the app will calculate the correct ticket prices for that selected passenger.
