Refund Button doesn't work, live in US, can't contact SBB

My train will be delayed due to construction and I won’t be able to make my flight. When I try to refund the tickets (30 days until departure), the refund button shows the loading screen for a second then does nothing. The screen remains the same and the refund button disappears as well.

Is anyone else having this issue?

If you still plan to go by train to the airport then you do not need to do anything. Just take an earlier train that gets you to the airport on time.

Also your assumption that you have a “ticket for a train” may be wrong. Tickets are usually for a route, not a train. What is the route you plan to take? And what kind of ticket did you get?

Krist I’m not sure what route it is but it’s an overnight sleeper train that passes through Austria. It’s from Zürich to Prague.

So you have a booking for the overnight from Zürich to Prague, to connect with a flight in Prague? And now your train will be later, and arrive Prague to late for your flight?

If you booked this with SBB you will have to call them. You cannot do refunds of international tickets on line.
