For privacy and data protection reasons, you should never publish ticket details on a publicly accessible website. The QR code contains all your personal information. We will therefore delete it again.
That said, we are unable to judge the case, and we cannot say why you have got a fine. The reason should be stated on the receipt that you have got, though.
We suggest contacting the department in charge, only they have access to your file. The phone number of the responsible service is available on the form that you have received, in the lower part.

You should keep in mind that you cannot assume ticket inspectors to speak English; it is not a mandatory language for this job.
