Krist Did you create an account on the website? If so, just login, and you should find your ticket(s) there.
Faigexou98 Krist When booking, I did not register as a member to log into the system. It was a reservation through the sbb website, so only documents were received. Travel schedule But you don’t get a ticket that clearly indicates your seat. It’s almost time to travel and I’m very worried.

Krist What did you actually book? Which trip? If you buy a ticket you get a PDF with a QR code, and that is all you need to travel. There will not be anything that indicates seats, as tickets do not come with seat reservation.
