I have a ticket on a train from Salzburg to Thawli, I bought first class reserve seats but did not get to choose them so my wife is a row behind me. I would like us to seat together, I called the customer service number and they told me they would send me a link where I could just reserve two seats that I select but they never sent the link . How can I do this on tickets I have already purchased. Thanh you.
