I suggst looking at Saver Day Passes, Berner Oberland Pass, Swiss Half Fare Card, and Swiss Family Card.
It is not easy to suggest anything as we do not know your full itinerary.
With a group of 10 people you could also book a group ticket; it needs a prearrangement.
It is too early now too book these tickets, however. As a personal advice, firstly plan your trips, abd purchase the tickets as in last step of your trip planning.
