Hello, I hope all are doing well. I recently booked train tickets from Luzern to Milan and had booked two dates. One was on September 11th and the other being September 12th. I could not make the September 11th one and would like to see if there are refund options. My friend who came along with us was able to get a refund in person at the office there in Luzern. I am not in Swtizerland anymore hence I cannot visit the office anymore. I tried to do international calling too but looks like the number is not working.

The only way to get a refund from abroad is by calling.

Refund requests after travel are usually only accepted when you have an attestation from a train staff that you have not used the ticket. You may have to see with the SBB Contact Center at +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7).
