Krist It always possible to buy a half fare ticket, as the half fare card is not need to buy such tickets. However travelling on a half priced ticket you will be able to do until 29,09, but not afterwards.

This information is incorrect and misleading! The dates on the half fare pass/card are relating to the allowed dates for traveling with a half fare ticket. They’re NOT related at all to the purchase date of tickets, which can be bought up to 6 months in advance. The existence of a half fare card/pass is not a prerequisite for purchasing tickets at half fare and will not be cross-checked during the ticket purchase process.
HuseyinSw Maybe but this issue is about validity of a half fare travel card (Halbtax). So if it is valid at the end of the validity date. I asked this a SBB Office and they said yes.
