If I bought a ( saver day pass ) but my visa application got declined, can I get a refund ?

If the ticket was not charged from your Credit Card and you did not get the ticket, you can obviously not ask for a refund because the ticket purchase did not work.

No. The railway is not responsible for the fact that your Schengen Visa got declined.

Purchasing tickets before you have the confirmation to come here was indeed not a wise decision.

All you can do is to resubmit a new visa application.
