Error help with swisspass

Am trying to get the swisspass, but every time I have to send the link to my phone for the identity check, a message saying “An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later.” pops up. I’ve tried using my phone and PC with several browsers and cleaned cache and cookies, but nothing works. I’ve also registered already.

I think you want to buy a Swiss Travel Pass right? ;-)

The Swiss Travel Pass and the Swiss Family Card cannot be loaded onto a SwissPass card. You will not receive a customer number or an additional card.

For online purchasing, purchase as a “guest”. You do not need a login.

Are you resident or tourist?

Are you talking about the resident’s half fare card or the Swiss Half Fare Card for tourists?
