I tried a few days ago and then again today to purchase point to point tickets for someone for Oct 3; Lucerne to Zurich. Seems easy enough but my payment won’t process and I have tried 2 different cards, I have typed everything in instead of copy/paste. The error says the payment could not be finalised check payment card for details. Is there a typical mistake people make? I cannot figure this out.
