Krist To remarks though: You can safely take the 7:07 to Chur from Zurich. There is no need to hang around Chur station for more than half an hour. You only need one ticket: Zurich - Tirano. Tickets are for a route not, a train. You do not need multiple tickets even when you take multip trains.
