I booked SBB while preparing for a trip to Switzerland.
I’m preparing for a trip with my friends.
While purchasing tickets in advance, I found a ticket for 80 francs per day for a group of 3 people under the age of 25.
We have now pre-booked routes from Basel to Interlaken and from Interlaken to Domosola.
The scheduled travel date is January 25, but I was told that it would be cheaper to make a reservation in advance, so I made a reservation in a hurry, and this happened.
I am lamenting my foolishness when I see that the ticket cannot be canceled.
Since 3 people each bought a ticket, there was a lot of loss in terms of costs.
Can I get a refund and get a new ticket?
