First class train but road 2nd class

When I got in the train I realized it said first class. Ive been riding 2nd class the whole week. I swiped at Bern and I guess my finger clicked first class by accident. I’m riding 2nd class can you help I didn’t want to unswipe and get in trouble. I also told the attendant and she called her supervisor but I haven’t heard yet. She told me to contact you. Can you please reimburse me for that trip please.

Unfortunately, you refund the claim 1st class tickets as you do not have a proof that you did not travel in 1st class. You cannot change classes during the ride, this can only be done at the next stop.
