Thank you for the replying. I did log in but out of two orders I did only one survived. Normally, on such sites, like airlines, before cancellation they tell you if the tickets are refundable or what percentage is refundable, then if you agree with these conditions and finally, do you actually want to cancel. In my case all happened in just one click! And then no way to contact customer service from outside Switzerland.
