I have two unused, expired Saver Day passes, as I was unable to travel, due to a family member being ill. My travel insurance company want an email from SBB, that shows that I didn’t receive a refund for the tickets, so they can continue with my travel insurance claim. I know it clearly states that Saver Day pass tickets are non-refundable, but they still want email confirmation from SBB. Can someone help me with this please?
