Question Regarding Incorrect Date of Birth on Saver Day Pass

Hello everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well. I recently purchased a Saver Day Pass for the Swiss regional trains, and I noticed an error in the date of birth for one of the passengers. It is listed as the 16th instead of the 17th.

I’m concerned about whether this mistake will cause any issues during ticket inspections. Does anyone know if such discrepancies are a problem? If it is, can the date of birth be corrected on the ticket?

I would really appreciate any guidance or experiences you can share!

This is not an issue.

For some reason, and in very rare cases, mostly if one purchases from another timezone, the system changes the date of birth by one day.

Provided the month and year, as well as the passenger names are as according to the passeport, everything is alright.
