Yes, you can purchase both. The Day Pass for the Half Fare Card is for Half Fare cardholders, only. It is a standard offer, has a fixed price and can be purchased & refunded at any time prior to travel.
The Saver Day Pass with Half Fare Card is a saver offer, and only available as long as stock lasts; the price is increasing the nearer the travel date. It cannot be changed nor refunded.
