Refund for Swiss travel Pass Flex

Good Afternoon,
Before going to Switzerland, I purchased a 15-day Swiss flex travel pass via the sbb.ch website for myself and my wife. We just returned home and did not use all of the days allowed under the pass. Is there a way to get a refund for the unused portion of the travel pass? Thank You for your help,

As a complement to the given information:

Tickets are only refundable if returned to the issuing office before the first day of validity.
A partial refund of a Swiss Travel Pass/Swiss Travel Pass Flex is only possible under the following circumstances:

in the event of illness or accident (proven by a medical certificate)
upon presentation for refund at the place where the journey is discontinued
upon presentation of confirmation by a railway office
Without proof of non-use, there is no entitlement to a refund
