Bought wrong saver day pass

Hi everyone. Firstly Thanks for this kind of service for take some responses about problems.
Actually when I was in rush I bought Saver Day Pass with Half-Fare Travelcard 59 CHZ for 23.11. Then I noticed I made mistake because I dont have Half-Fare Travelcard. And I realised that I had to buy without discount 97 CHZ it is totally not advantaged ( when I calculate all my train usage in 23.11 it costs me 75 CHZ. It is really dont make any sense and sounds weird. So I wanted to cancel but full refund or partial refund is not possible. So what do you suggest me? Do I have a chance to change it with other seperate tickets from your Basel airport office or you provide daily credit as 59 CHZ instead of thay Saver Day Pass or should I drink cold water because of this misunderstood nonsense situation. Thanks in advanced.

A refund of a Saver Day Pass is impossible.

Please check with the SBB Customer Service since you purchase a Saver Day Pass for the wrong customer group:

+41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times may be possible).

When you purchase regular point-to-point tickets, make sure you purchase those at full fare!

Btw, our local tender is the Swiss Franc, CHF.
