Hello Niokibung86
You seem not to have understood the purchase of e-tickets. Here are some clarifications:
To purchase e-tickets, it is not necessary to have an SwissPass account; you are welcome to purchase them as a guest, although it makes great sense to have an account, in particular if you are an avid public transit user. Especially the refund process, as in your case, is easier and more comfortable when having a customer account.
Saver tickets are refundable for 30 minutes after purchase - if you purchased them with an user account. This is part of the deal; in return, you benefit from lower fares. If you want full flexibility, you are welcome to purchase normal tickets; all in all, the public transit (saver) ticketing does not differ from air fares and is not more complex.
Normal fare tickets are always refundable before their validity start date/time yet not on the same validity day as there is no proof of non-use.
The Coop Klassenwechsel (change of class) is not a Saver offer, however.
The upgrade ticket is available online or from the ticketing machines, as agreed with Coop, who is responsible for the campaign. E-tickets always have a validity date and are not open tickets. You can request a refund if the validity date was in the future.
I assumed it would have no date either, as it could only be used with the Tageskarte.
If the Klassenwechsel (change of class) ticket would not have a validity date itself, it could be used countess times with different Coop Tageskarten.
We even took the time to summarise the Coop special offer and created this post:

If you feel overwhelmed with the entire purchase process, please feel free to ask here before you proceed with the purchase. Working as a ticket inspector myself, I do meet people on board the trains which are 90 years old, or even older and they proudly use e-tickets. In my opinion, the age is not of any matter; it’s the lack of knowledge, and that’s why this SBB community came into life - we gladly help you.
Have a good day,
Roland
