Charged for nothing

Hello, i have arrived in switzerland, zurich on the 5th of december for a business trip and got this app so i could travel from airport into the city and then use public transport troughout my stay.
I registered and set up my account and credit card for the easy ride option, and after failing 2 times because of insufficient funds to charge me 92 chf, it finnally did so when i top up my card.
This happened before i even started any trip, and i have bought no pass or subscription.

Please help me solve this problem

You can follow these instructions:

Open the app and go to the “Tickets & Travelcards” tab. Tap “Expired” and then “Show EasyRide journeys”. Choose the relevant journey there and then tap “Report problem”. Complete the form and submit it. Customer service will check your journey and contact you directly.

The reason for this can be found in the General terms and conditions (GTC) for EasyRide:

SBB AG may reserve a predefined amount in advance (“pre-authorisation”) for validation purposes. This amount will not be debited from the customer’s bank account at the time of booking but will merely be reserved for SBB AG until final settlement at the latest and then released again immediately by SBB AG. It is not possible to start a journey or issue a valid travel authorisation if pre-authorisation fails. The reserved amount will be used to settle the outstanding amounts. Any remaining amount will be subsequently released by SBB AG. By using the payment function, the customer agrees to the SBB AG pre-authorisation procedures referred to in this clause.
