Seat Reservation change

Hi,

I’ve reserved tickets and seats for journey from Zurich to Interlaken West and back over New Year. I’ve paid for seat reservations but for some reason it’s put one of our party in a seat away from the rest of us (four of us in total, two children and two adults).

There doesn’t seem to be a way to amend the reserved seats, do you know who/how I can contact to request we’re moved together?

Are you really sure that you are not together? Could you indicate us the seat numbers?

Don‘t worry, two adjacent seats may have a difference between their seat numbers way greater than 1.

You do not need reservations on that train. Just board, and then find yourself suitable seats next to each other.

Anyway, the system normally always books groups together. And since almost nobody reserves seats on that train it should not have an issue doing so. You probably do have seats together. And if not, just move. You are not glued to your seat.
