Find an old invoice

I’m looking for an invoice for an old trip that was paid with my email address before I created an account with it. I can’t find it

We are a customer support forum run by volunteers; a hello or a thank is always appreciated on our end.

It is not possible to find old invoices, also not if you use the same e-mail address as at the time the ticket was purchased. It would mean a data breach if that would be possible.

There‘s never an invoice for a simple ticket.
The ticket itself is the commonly used evidence for business expense claims (as it contains all relevant price and VAT information), should that be the background of your question. So if you can’t find it anymore in any mail folder (including trash) or backups, then it’s unfortunately gone.
