A question: we have a Saver Day Pass for my wife, but the name on the pass does not exactly match the one in her passport. For example, her name in her passport is Catherine, but she is normally known as Cathie, and that is the name we have put on the Saver Day Pass.
Also, we have made a mistake over her birthdate. The Saver Day Pass indicates that this 14.07.1957, when it is actually 24.07.1957
Please tell us if we need to get a refund, and buy a new pass with the correct details?

You should indeed book the Saver Day Passes with the names as present in the passports. Up to three typos are accepted provided the date of birth or the name is correct.

Nicknames are not global and therefore not accepted on legal documents. Should you book more tickets, please enter the names as in the passport.
