group of 10 cannot be purchased before 50 days

I would like to book tickets for February 14, 2025, from Zermatt to Grindelwald, departing Zermatt at 12:37, for a group of 10 people. However, the system does not allow me to proceed with the purchase. The same issue occurs for other dates as well. Does anyone have experience with how to resolve this?

In order to make group bookings online, you must create a customer account first as it is not possible to book group tickets as a guest:

Alternatively, you can call the SBB Contact Center to make your bookings: +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times may be possible).

There are three different railways involved in this trip. It is possible that this requires manual intervention, hence you may have to call the SBB.

Due to issues encountered while booking tickets on the official website, we tried to book tickets over the phone. However, the operator was uncooperative and directed us back to the website. We also attempted to book tickets via email, but the operator kept stalling and refused to provide an email address. Could someone please provide me with the email address for booking tickets?😭😭
