As per our suggestion to fellow users having had the same issue, please see a travel center agent at any station with a ticket office. Due to a printing error in some of the booklets, you cannot redeem the voucher online. It is solely possible at the counter.
Please kindly note, we strongly advise against publishing personal information on a publicly available website; they can be easily abused if done so. We will delete all information accordingly.
