Any train will do. Even the Bernina Express, as you can ride in the front cars without a reservation. Just use sbb-tickets.cc to look up times.
And they all follow the same route, and your Swiss Travel Pass covers it. You cannot make reservations. Just get on and find yourself a free seat.
