When will it be deposited into the bank account after applying for a refund?

Firstly, welcome to the SBB Community, and Happy New Year.

If the refund request got accepted, it may take up to ten days for the money to arrive at your bank. The time required depends on the payment provider, not SBB.

I bought two flex tickets Paris to Geneva, my plane was late, missed the train.
Emailed SBB to change and received a reply to call. I was inflight, no phone service.
How can I get refund?
