Can’t believe it’s so hard to get through. I’ve emailed a few times but no response. I see views but no response.
I accidentally bought an 8 day Swisspass in December 30 instead of for January 3. I tried emailing them twice but haven’t heard back from them. I am traveling tomorrow to zermatt from Chamonix. How can I change the dates? I don’t really need a refund. I will be in Switzerland until Jan 9. Please help so I don’t have to buy the pass twice. Thank you
