Hi, I got 2 Swiss Passes and accidentally entered a combination of my personal and work emails and of course my tickets didn’t arrive…what can i do?

Honestly, I do not understand your issue.

Are you resident or tourist? Tourists do not have SwissPasses yet Swiss Travel Passes.

Do you need a copy of your Swiss Travel Passes? Did you purchase them with SBB? If yes, please call SBB at +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times may be possible).

Through this platform, we are unable to reissue your tickets. An e-mail is not provided to contact SBB.

RolandP Thank you RolandP 🙂 I am a tourist and yes, I was referring to the Swiss Travel Pass. I purchased it from the website directly, swiss-pass.ch and I haven’t found any direct contact on the website. Do you happen to have one?

The issue is that I inputted an incorrect email address and I haven’t received the tickets due to this.

I forgot to mention that I have the reference number and I can provide the names on which the passes are on, my card was credited, but I really don’t know how can I get into the possession of the tickets or if there is any other way, which doesn’t involve email
