Purchases wrong international train

Hello everyone,
I purchased a wrong ticket (switched start and destination) for an international travel (Zurich-stuttgart).
The fare is a super saver so no exchanges or refunds, but supposedly within 30 mins you can ask for the refund. However when I clicked refund on the ticket on the app it gave me an error and on the sbb website once I clicked the button reimburse nothing would happen and after the refund button would disappear.
Now the 30 mins elapsed, is there something I can do?
I know that Deutsche Bahn gives you more time for refunds (3 hours).

Hello Chiara

With SBB you cannot cancel international tickets online. After purchase, it is only possible at the travel center or by phone. Thus, the 30 minutes cancellation margin does not apply to international tickets.

You can try contacting SBB to see if they agree for a refund although Supersavers cannot be cancelled at all.
