Half Fare card for tourists

I’m coming to Switzerland in February and I’m trying to buy a Half Fare travel card for tourists on the SBB website. (The one that is CHF120 and valid for a month). I have created a SwissPass account so I can access my tickets via the app. I select the date I want the pass to start but when I click Go to Checkout, I keep getting the error message ‘An error occurred while processing your query’. Am I missing a step? Can I just buy a Half Fare card at the station when I arrive and put it on my app?

Please enter all personal data in capital letters. Furthermore, select your country of residence, change it to another country, then change it back to your country of residence before submitting. This should fix the issue.

If the payment fails, make sure your CC supports 3D secure ID.
