If you purchased it as a guest, you have to call SBB: +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7).
If you purchased the tickets having an SBB account (what I do recommmend), you can see it in the Orders list.
Did you check the SPAM folder?
However, it can well be that the purchase did not work at all since the e-mail purchase confirmation is always sent when the purchase was successful. The credit card must support 3D secure ID for a successful purchase.
