Hello. I bought “Sledding World Preda-Bergün (Day pass)” and received the email of confirmation, which allows me to download the pdf / add to Apple Wallet.
However, in both ways, there is no QR code - not in the pdf file nor in the wallet. Other details are correctly presented, such as the date, person, class, etc. But still I think there should be a QR code for the inspection.
I checked my SwissPass account and it also does not show the ticket.
Maybe there is someone who have had the same problem? Is this a technical failure? Is it possible only having the serial number or an order number for inspection?
