I am from Brazil and I bought 4 point-to-point tickets from Torino to St Moritz on sbb.chas a guest. I received a confirmation email for the purchase, but I bought tickets for the wrong day. I have already filled out the form to request a refund or exchange of the ticket, but 17 days have passed and I have not received a refund on my credit card, nor have I received an email informing me of ineligibility or exchange of the travel date. I have tried calling several times and at different times, but the call does not go through. My request via the form received the number CS010310046. Can you help me, please?
