About cancellation

Hi. I’m jinah kim.
I’d like to ask about cancellation.
I bought a ticket for the three people at 01.22.2025
The ticket goes from Domodossola to Interlakenwest on Tuesday, 10.06.2025
And I bought the same ticket again by mistake today.
So, if it possible, could you cancel the ticket I bought today?
I know this is my fault, but I hope this will be resolved.

Please check if you have bought a supersaver ticket or a point-to-point Ticket.

Wouldn’t Domodossola - Interlaken be a domestic ticket?

If so you should be able to cancel it via the website, if it is a normal ticket. (Not that normal tickets do not need to be bought in advance. Buying a ticket now for June is rather unusual..,)
