a question about SwissPass account without the customer no.

I’ll travel to Switzerland on June 2025. Therefore,I want to purchase 1-month GA travelcard online.
I can login SwissPass account but can’t buy the ticket on website or app.
how can I do to get the customer no. and receive the SwissPass card at abroad.

To purchase the Swiss Half Fare Card, a customer number is not needed.

Thanks for your reply.
Would you help me to get the customer number online in order to activate Swisspass card?
Alternatively, I need to handle it in person at train station or staffed sale when I arrive Switzerland?
I will very appreciate that if I am able to receive the SwissPass card before I set off for Switzerland.

Sorry, I misread. I understood that you wish to purchase a Swiss Travel System product.

For tourists, the 1-month GA travel card is not available online. You will only get it at the counter, as a paper ticket containing a QR code.
