I have annual ticket for Zug(zones) and annual ticket for Zurich(ZVV All zones), all stops for S24 are covered, that’s also what I was suggested byt the stuff in train station when I purchased the tickets. However, I got fined. I explained : “all stops and zones are covered in my tickets, please tell me which zone is missing?If no zone is missing, how I buy the ticket for this journy” He said “I don’t want to listen to your explianation, just sign it!” (SBB really needs to consider telling their staffs to show a little bit respect to their client! 😡 )
Did anyone else meet a similar situation? Seems staffs selling ticket and staffs checking ticket have different opinions on their system 🤮. Who is right?
