In order to be on the 12:03 train all your need to do is be at the platform a few minutes before departure. So just be at the station maybe 10 minutes beforehand. That is all that is needed.
Your ticket is good for any train on the route from Zurich to Zermatt. So you are free to take an earlier or later train. You are not limited to the train you selected during purchased.
