Hi, we’re a travel agency and booked train tickets for our client.
We purchased without logging in because there was an error when we tried to sign up.
After the tickets were purchased, we were able to sign up
Just checking if we can link the confirmed tickets to our account - we used the same email address
The ticket that we purchased was also point-to-point as this was the only ticket that was changeable/refundable
Are there other types of tickets that are tied to the specific train only but still flexible?
And may we ask how do we process the seat reservation?
