Personal Sparticket

Hi
Having registered my name in the SBB system, I just bought a Sparbillet for myself. It has my name on it and states that it is a personal ticket. So how do I buy one for my wife? (I’ve tried leaving my personal space, but the system greets me “Hello Morten”)

Just use the Pen icon next to your name to add more co-travelers. Uncheck yourself since you got one already.

Hopefully it is not a Spatbillett from the airport!

Thanks for your swift response. Our trip is from Basel to Grindelwald. However, I do not see anything like the shown screenshots with the pen, only Suchen, Kaufen, MO (my initials) and Deutsch . I’m sorry but I don’t know how to upload the image.

Consequently you are purchasing the tickets through sbb.ch and not using the SBB Mobile app, to which my screenshots do refer.

At sbb-tickets.cc, see Profile > Co-Passengers.

The Co-Passengers are not synced between the app and the webshop.

I have tried to do as you suggest, in both the app (on my iPhone) and on the pc, and see the same things that is my wife’s name, but I see no options for booking a ticket for her.
BTW I did not recognize the screenshot images you gave a link for.

I should add that I entered my wife as my co-passenger at the same time as registering myself.
