Hello All!
We’re visiting Switzerland in April of this year from the U.S.
We purchased the ½ pass; initially had a problem w/ a credit card. Tried another card and the sale went through. The transaction can be seen in our bank account. This was a couple of weeks ago.
However, we have not yet received confirmation from SBB regarding the purchase or that we have the ½ Pass.
We can’t seem to be able to email SBB to enquire. What can we do?
