Hi! I’m trying to set up my SBB app with my travel pass but I don’t have a customer number. I bought the 8 day Swiss Travel Pass from a travel company and they sent me the pass as a pdf and I cannot seem to locate a “customer number.” There is a “ticket number” that is 12 digits long. And an “order number” that is also 12 digits long. But there is not any other number on the travel pass pdf that indicates it is the 10 digit “customer number.” I would really like to be able to use the SBB app for traveling and hope I can get my pass set up on it. Can someone please help?
