I bought ticket trough sbb online shop. Ticket type was Rail Away type ticket, including Ski pass for today. I never received my tickets in my email on time. So I didn’t have a valid ticket for the train when the trip was supposed to start.
Because of short day I don’t have time anymore to go in Ski slopes. So I cancelled my trip.
So I would like a refund for these tickets. Or I can try again next week.
Swiss Pass nro:s for tickets 00000000 64,80chf and 24,60chf. Total 89,40chf
Please let me know, how to proceed.
