Refund of ticket.

Hello
I bought ticket trough sbb online shop. Ticket type was Rail Away type ticket, including Ski pass for today. I never received my tickets in my email on time. So I didn’t have a valid ticket for the train when the trip was supposed to start.
Because of short day I don’t have time anymore to go in Ski slopes. So I cancelled my trip.

So I would like a refund for these tickets. Or I can try again next week.
Swiss Pass nro:s for tickets 00000000 64,80chf and 24,60chf. Total 89,40chf

Please let me know, how to proceed.

May I ask: from what information do you conclude that this website is the SBB Customer Service?

If you have not received your ticket ahead of time, it is advisable to contact SBB before travel. Perhaps there was a typo in your e-mail address, so it did not arrive? Or, the payment did not go through? A successful purchase is always confirmed by a purchase confirmation e-mail.

It is not possible to cancel the trip on the same day or during the tickets’ validity, respectively.
