Firstly, welcome to the SBB Community.
You cannot add two categories to the same loss report.
I suggest leaving it as it is. It may take up to three weeks until you will hear back from the loss property service. Even if you receive negative news, this does not mean the item was not found. It simply means, it has not been processed so far. By the high number of items that are lost every day, the are mountains of items waiting to be processed; the latter can easily take multiple days. Simply be patient.
