I paid for saver day pads, but the ticket disappeared

I paid for the Saver Day Pass ticket, but I couldn’t buy the ticket and only 1 franc was withdrawn from the card. What was the problem? Please return 1 franc as well.

We are not the SBB Customer Service. Not sure why you concluded we are?

If you have not received the ticket and there was no purchase confirmation e-mail sent, the purchase was not successful.

The reseved 1 CHF will certainly be released in the next hours.

Please make sure your credit card supports 3D secure ID.
